Refund policy
At Skirty Society, we want you to love every skirt you order. Because our products are shipped directly from our third‑party supplier, our return and refund process works a little differently than traditional retail.
Please read the policy below before placing your order.
1. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
All products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third‑party supplier, CJdropshipping. Orders may ship from international warehouses, which can affect processing and return timelines.
2. Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Because international return shipping is extremely expensive, most returns do not require sending the item back. Instead, we typically offer a refund or replacement once photo evidence is provided.
If a physical return is required, items must be sent to CJdropshipping’s warehouse in China. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Refunds may take longer than usual because they must be approved by our supplier. A refund will be issued when:

The order is missing or not delivered within CJ’s delivery time limits
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
4. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A brief description of the problem
We will work with our supplier to send a replacement or issue a refund.
5. Change of Mind / Wrong Size
Because our products ship internationally, we cannot accept returns for:

Ordering the wrong size

Items that do not fit your personal preference
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
6. Final Sale Items
Low‑cost items or clearance items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing with our supplier.
8. Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for refund processing after approval.
